  How good a boxer was Muhammad Ali?

  when i was a hyperactive kid, i used to like boxing, and of course muhammad ali.

  he was a great athlete, with a one-of-a-kind style who made a stand for his beliefs.. now that i'm older, i admire athletes that are quieter and get on with the job in hand - joe frazier, for example.. i'd like to put american racial politics and ali's tragic current condition to one side and focus on the following:.

  how good a fighter was ali?.

  I'm doing NaNoWriMo again this year.

  unlike most nano's i'm going to try to finish a novel instead of starting it, but the basic goal - writing 50,000 words in 30 days - remains the same.

  i have about half of a science fiction/military action novel i've been fooling around with for about a year.

  i'm going to finish the thing and try hard to get something published.

  i listened to the last recording of jim jones and it was chilling.

  people cheered and clapped when he told them it was the end...one older black woman protests saying "the children have a right to live" but she is shouted down by the other members saying "if they take our kids they will grow up to be dummies.

People cheered and clapped when he told them it was the end...one older black woman protests saying "the children have a right to live" but she is shouted down by the other members saying "if they take our kids they will grow up to be dummies. .." Jones second in command says:"Please lets make THIS a beautiful day." Cheering and the coolaid is passed out. Shocking how brainwashed we can be and these leaders who would rather die and murder everyone then lose their position and control.
